10th bookout. (total of 13)
as the number of bookout gets bigger, the nearer it is to my passing out parade, feeling excited yet sian cos i'll start my initial-quiet-self-when-meeting-strangers mode again. hahaha, just when i'm getting more open to my bunkmates, it's time to get posted somewhere else le. lol.
well, this week i was supposed to book out on sat morn, but i was allowed to book out on friday nite as i have to report at neeshun camp for saf band audition, sat,8.30am. lol.
-SATURDAY-
so i went for the audition, realised that my tone n every other thing is screwed up due to no practice at all for the past lots n lots of months. lol. so yeah, if i get in then i'll get in, if not aso nvm. i'm facing it neutral-ly.
afterwhich, went n meet up wif yt in the evening to go orchard again. i wanted to get another fred perry polo, but then in the end i got myself a burberry polo instead, cos "it was 10bucks more than the fredperry one that i wanted, so might as well get burberry one." as quoted by yt. i tried on a maroon colour one and bought it le. it was the shade of red that i like alot thats y, hahaha. yt also tried on some polo, but he didden buy bah, maybe next time, u'll neva know man. STILL WAITING FOR MY TREAT!! =P
i was looking for berms too but to no avail. walked ard ion, then to pacificplaza adidas original, then to fareast plaza lol. walked ard, chilled n ate at food juntion at the top of wisma. **got myself a pair of socks too!! (this is random, juz recalled. lol)** dun rmb still got walk where le, but anyway it was quite a short meetup only as yt need to leave at 8plus for a soccer-match-watching-with-friends-at-kopitiam session. but still, in the end, cos i needed n was looking ard for clothes, it dragged til eventually we left orchard at ard 9.30pm i think. paiseh hor yt, for dragging til so late.
i didden went home but instead met up with jasmine, rachel, kevin, jiahui, jianxiong, jason and stanley at rochor beancurd at geylang for light suppering. well, chatted, laughed n ate quite abit. n we realised (probably already known) that stan likes to say things that he dunno n make it sounds real. LOL. he was talking certain things about army, but in actual fact it's not true. cos he's in police. lol. well, it was nice to meet up with them yet again, since some of them are working hard n earning more money than me(sadly).
-SUNDAY-
woke up quite early, went to iluma at 11am to check out whether its adidas original branch there has a product that i wanted. there is this tshirt that i saw on adioriginal online shop. but sadly, there's nothing much at the newly opened shop. so i had some time b4 i meet my bunkmates at 12noon, went ard to continue my search for berms. but by the time i saw some interesting pieces at freshbox, i need to go off le.
met up wif 8 of my bunksmates, wilson shahrul, daniel, vincent, shengyang, bingrui, dunang and szejin at orchard,ion(yet again) to do some light shopping to source for clothing as a present for vincent. we walked ard to source for clothings again, then we had lunch at GINZA BAIRIN. a casual eating place that sells katsu-es. i personally order the katsu-don n it tastes just great. 4/5 stars place to have a quick n casual meal. =]
after eating, i had some yami yogurt ice cream, been long since i last ate it sia. nice nice, i juz love sourish and sweet food. then we continue walk ard orchard area. eventually, vincent, daniel, shengyang and wilson went off 1st. the rest of us went to chill at heeren's basement's macdonald (there always very little ppl de). had some mcflurry n fries and chill til shahrul break fast. then after which, as szejin and ang had more activities in the nite wif their friends, the rest of us went off too. bingrui went home while shahrul came over to my house area to check out the pasar malam. well, it seems to b less busier n cheerful than the past years n it seems like alot of slots are still not rented out. but one thing for sure, there are still LOTS and LOTS of food stalls. meaning RAMILY BURGER!! hahaha. i bought one for my dinner. =D
yeah. this was my weekend. tml morning booking in le, but i heard some rumours that i'm booking out on thursday this coming week. hahaha, hope it's true bah. pop soon le, i'm left wif 2 of my physical tests, ippt n soc, wish me luck bah. =]
