today. friday 13th. not a good day for someone.
anyway. this post no photos wor. all words... next post then put photos bah.. lol.
today, yt pel jo zy n jean came n makan at ljs before coming over to my place for some ps3/rockband session again.. kinda fun... had 2 rounds of mahjong as well... afterwhich. we went to suntec for the IT fair.
my sis joined us in touring the IT fair. she wanna find a leather pouch for her phone, but it seems like IT fair dun have lehz... maybe phone too new or smth.... anyway, while waiting for her to reach, i was approached by an OCBC guy, he said:
"Hi, can i have a moment to talk to you about OCBC credit card??"
then i laughed abit, becos THE SAME FREAKING INCIDENT HAPPENED TO ME A FEW DAYS AGO!! (p.s. read my previous post.. lol..)
i replied: "but i'm only a student."
he look at my face again, and said:
"sorry, u looked mature. how old ARE u?"
then i say 20, then he starts to ask about whether i'm in poly or uni, enlisting soon? then talk about ns stuffs n in the end asked me to leave my contacts so that in future when i'm 21 they can call me.
kns lo. seriously. i declare myself, super chao lao. lol.
walked somemore, came to the singtel booth, it has all the mio home thingy n other rubbish.. but they do not have mio plan, which is the one i wan... asked one of the saleperson there, they say mio plan is quite old liaox... so have to ask singtel shops..
thus i decided to continue my M1 mobile subcription (but upgrading my phone to nokia 5800 xpressmusic), and just change my internet to singnet 8MB broadband service. i think easier this way, but i seem to be having a little hard time trying to convince my mom on the change of phone AND the internet. for BOTH the phone n internet she uses the reason that since i'm not studying and going army soon, why change so good phone?/why need internet to be so fast? my internet is like 512KB??? but i dunno how to say/explain to her sia??? phone i decided to pay myself to avoid further questioning. tio nagging only lo.
anyway. after the walk at IT fair, went for a meal at marina square food court, all ate curry chicken noodle for some reasons. then walk all the way to raffles city from suntec for yt to get a pair of 3-quarts and pel to get a HDMI cable. then walk all the way back to the starbucks at the end of city link for some chilling at starbucks. talk, chit-chat, laugh, coldjokes, drink, tease, lame, and wadeva that u do while chilling out with friends at starbucks, we did. anyway, amazing discovery that yt was actually THOUGHT to be a studious and zheng4 jing3 person. so ........................................ lor.... lol.
anyway. these few days r quite busy i guess. tml i'm going out for dinner wif my sis, bro-in-law, auntie, auntie's friend at THE RICE TABLE celebrating a belated birthday for my sister. it's an indonesian buffet restaurant which i think is quite nice. some day should bring some of u poeple who are reading this there for a meal.
next thursday. KL trip. looking forward to it. =]
