Long post... beware... after the combined. (1) after the combined. (2) Koyodai n SP horn players lolx...seriously... i dun rmb their names liao... too chim... lolx.. well... this sch band is one of the most well facilitated band i ever saw or heard of... they hav PRIVATE SECTION ROOMS... SMALL COMBINED PRACTICE RMS ...well-equipped wif alot of keyboards...n things like that... they train everyday... which includes saturday n sunday... if i'm neh rmb wrongly... they practice 33 hours a week... -Day 3- went to another sch...long name so get rdy... Shijonawate Gakuen High School... lolx... this sch's band's standard was even better than koyodai's...we were greeted by the band wif singapore anthem... which was rather a more difficult version from wad i played in sec sch... after which they had a bass drum performance which was deafening n simply shaking the floor... after which we went for a sectional practice...where we played thru bluesky... bit by bit... they use a piano metronome for the beats n everyone play tgt... their sound was huge... n round... n everything that is nice... it was so so so sigoi!!! well...then we had a combined wif the shijonawate high sch band... the conductor did some work on different parts then we played thru the whole song... i shall say the band play wif such enormous volume that i can't hear myself playing if i did nt blast at any point of time... well... here r the pics... lolx... The VERY well-coordinated bass drum team. during break within sectionals Shijonawate n SP horn players. Shijonawate n SP Band i shall say this band is crazy... their sound is veri whole and the players r superbly enthu about wad they do... n i can tell u... they r a bunch of super siao ppl... especially some of the trumpets n trombone ppl... from tis trip i conclude... Japanese students love to take photos... lolx.. -Day 4- Universal Studio!!! main activity lo... a big big theme park... shall nt speak more...let the pics do the toking... The universal globe!! photo-ing wif back to the future car look at the number of ppl taking the ride... woot... (i taking the picture so nt inside) near jurassic park ride. Bert!! n chio-bu!! lolx.. Ernie n a guy... lolx.. CHILLY WILLY!!! Snoopy!! well...i shall say...had alot alot of fun there...n SP band peeps r like the only oes who did nt use any raincoat or umbrella in the whole theme park... so it's easy t find each other.. lolx... they hav many many shops, as for rides nt that much bahz... lol... their newest roller coaster, holliwood dream will kinda cool...but zero loops... so it was okay for me... lolx... bought alot of things... spent 90% of my total spend amount today... lolx... -Day 5- wake up... check-out... go breakfast... go airport... fly off... back to home sweet home... singapore so hot la... well...thats basically the trip... lolx... more photos r available by click on msn messenger, sign in your acct... tok to someone who has the email of darren61089@hotmail.com and say... well... day 1 we actually still went to Asahi Beer factory... howeva... that place do not permit photo-taking... so... neh take pics of that place...
-Day 2-
Went to Koyodai High school for an exchange... i tot we'll b like in a normal size band rm for the exchange but no...it was in a hall near the size of sp convention centre... tech is indeed veri advanced in japan...their stage had their own adjustable risers...yes...which means their last row can move up n dwn simply by push of buttons...so cool la...well...the band was good...veri good...veri well balanced...they played alot of different marches...i think they were a military band... THEY TRAIN MARCHING WIF LEG-WEIGHTS... somemore they are all Girls!!! It's a all-girls sch... and they train wif leg weights... scary... lolx...well... here r some of the pics...
